Terms of Service & WhatsApp API Usage Policy – Hala Whatsup
By accessing Hala Whatsup (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This Service facilitates the use of the WhatsApp Business API. By using our platform, you also agree to comply with Meta’s Terms of Service and WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering or using Hala Whatsup, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using this site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. WhatsApp & Meta Compliance (Critical)
As a user of Hala Whatsup, you acknowledge that our platform relies on the WhatsApp Business API provided by Meta. You strictly agree to:
Comply with WhatsApp Policies: You must adhere to the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta Commerce Policy.
Consent (Opt-in): You agree to send messages only to contacts who have explicitly consented (opted-in) to receive communications from you. Sending unsolicited messages (spam) is strictly prohibited.
Template Approval: All marketing, utility, and authentication templates are subject to approval by Meta. Hala Whatsup does not guarantee approval of your message templates.
24-Hour Window: You understand that standard conversational messages must be sent within the 24-hour customer service window. Outside this window, only approved Templates can be used.
3. Prohibited and Illegal Use
You are strictly prohibited from using Hala Whatsup for:
Sending Spam or bulk unsolicited messages.
Promoting violence, terrorism, hate speech, adult content, or illegal goods/services.
Phishing or fraudulent activities.
Violating intellectual property rights.
Violation Consequence: If your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) is banned by Meta due to policy violations (e.g., high block rates, spam reports), Hala Whatsup is not responsible, and no refunds will be issued. We reserve the right to suspend your Hala Whatsup account immediately if prohibited activity is detected.
4. Payment, Credits, and Refund Policy
No Refunds: As per our company policy, Refunds or cashback will not be issued under any circumstances. Once a deposit is made into your Hala Whatsup wallet/balance, it is non-reversible.
Usage: Your balance must be used for services such as conversation charges (UIC/BIC), platform fees, or add-ons.
Disputes: By making a deposit, you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback with your payment provider. Filing a dispute will result in immediate termination of your account and a permanent ban.
5. Product Warranty & Service Availability
"As-Is" Service: Hala Whatsup is provided "as-is". We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Third-Party Dependence: Our service depends on Meta/WhatsApp servers. We are not liable for downtime, message failures, or policy changes caused by Meta/WhatsApp directly.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys, login credentials, and WhatsApp Business Account details. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
7. Limitation of Liability
Hala Whatsup shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from:
Your inability to use the API.
Bans or restrictions placed on your phone number by WhatsApp/Meta.
Loss of data or profits.

For technical issues regarding the Hala Whatsup dashboard, please contact our support team via our ticketing system. For issues related to WhatsApp bans or Template rejections, we can assist with guidance, but the final decision rests with Meta.
